The new Northeast Citizen Patrol is looking for volunteers and support.

The goal of the NECP is to make out neighborhood a 'hard target' for thugs, thieves, and juvenile delinquents, and the crimes they commit, and to discourage criminals from staying in NE. They want to make NE a no tolerance zone, where all our residents can again feel safe to go for a walk, shop our stores, visit our parks, raise a family, or just be outside.

People that are part of the NECP act as extra eyes and ears for the police, to spot criminals, to possibly interrupt criminals/vandals in the act and call 911.
