Second Precinct Residents and Neighborhood Representatives, Over the
past few weeks I have had conversations with many of you concerning
changes in our precinct. We have talked about the level and quality of
service that we provide as well as observations on community issues. I
would like to take this opportunity to invite you to a Second Precinct
wide meeting to continue our discussions. This meeting will give you an
opportunity to share your concerns about issues affecting your
neighborhoods and give us the opportunity to discuss precinct direction.

We are all concerned with the safety each person who lives and works in
Northeast and Southeast Minneapolis. We hope that you can attend and we
