36xx McKinley St NE 12/27/04 2:00 AM BURGD Suspect unscrewed screen and pried up window. This set off motion alarm and supsect fled.
35xx Buchanan St NE 12/23/04 4:00 PM TFMV Stereo, money, clothing, CDs and a blanket taken from vehicle.
32xx Johnson St NE 12/22/04 10:00 PM TFMV Window broken and stereo, cell, CDs and sweatshirt taken.

Part One Crimes in the 2nd Precinct are up 3.23% this week when compared to the same time period one year ago. Year to date, Part One Crimes in the 2nd Precinct are down 5.47%. During the week there were 805 calls for service and 62 arrests.

On 12/28/04, Officers on University near the 1300 block on routine patrol and observed a juvenile. Juvenile had in his possession a can of spray paint. Officers discovered area on above location with fresh paint. Juvenile was booked. On December 10, Alan Enger was charged with Arson for the fire which occurred at 2310 Polk. His first appearance in court will be January 11th.
