The Northeast area is again experiencing Graffiti Gang Vandalism from 30 to 33rd - Tyler to Central Ave NE. It should be noted that these individuals are a group of juveniles and young adults who live on 26th Taylor, 25th Pierce, 1300 block of 26th Ave NE along with other addresses in this area. Their parents are aware of their children's activities. Please be on the lookout for these individuals, as most residents on the block know who they are. We need to catch them in the act of their vandalism. We need to make it stop!
