The Minneapolis School Board is recommending merging Waite Park Elementary with Northeast Middle School for budget reasons.

On Tuesday October 26th, 7:00 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. there will be a meeting in the Waite Park Auditorium to gather information from parents and community members and develop questions to forward to the Minneapolis School Board concerning the proposed changes.

There will be no school board representatives, but Waite Park PTA members and Community Council members will be attending.
